Wellness Energy Cold Brew Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of Wellness Energy loose leaf tea
  • 4 cups of cold water
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the loose leaf tea to a cold brew tea pitcher or a large jar with a tea infuser.
  2. Pour 4 cups of cold water over the tea.
  3. Refrigerate for 8-12 hours for full flavor extraction.
  4. Remove the tea leaves, and serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint.
