Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of Wellness Energy loose leaf tea
- 4 cups of cold water
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the loose leaf tea to a cold brew tea pitcher or a large jar with a tea infuser.
- Pour 4 cups of cold water over the tea.
- Refrigerate for 8-12 hours for full flavor extraction.
- Remove the tea leaves, and serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint.
