Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of Egyptian Chamomile loose leaf tea
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Honey or vanilla syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- Steep the chamomile tea in 1 cup of hot water for 5-7 minutes.
- While the tea is steeping, steam the milk.
- Remove tea leaves and combine the steeped tea with the steamed milk.
