Egyptian Chamomile Tea Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of Egyptian Chamomile loose leaf tea
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Honey or vanilla syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Steep the chamomile tea in 1 cup of hot water for 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the tea is steeping, steam the milk.
  3. Remove tea leaves and combine the steeped tea with the steamed milk.
  4. Add honey or vanilla syrup for extra sweetness.
  5. Stir and enjoy this calming, creamy tea latte.
